FAQ

How do you write $5 and 35 cents?

Write the dollars, a decimal point, then the cents as two digits: $5.35. Seven cents is written $5.07, with a zero in the tens place of the cents.

Should you count the bills or the coins first?

Count the bills first, largest to smallest, to get the whole dollars, then count on with the coins. Keeping dollars and cents separate until the end avoids mistakes.

Is every worksheet different?

Yes. Numbers are generated each time, and the answer key is calculated for that sheet. Swap any single question and its answer updates too.

Can I mix counting bills and coins with other skills?

Yes. In the generator, add more skills; each gets its own section on the sheet with its own instructions.

Is it free to print?

Yes. Generating and printing from the browser is free with no sign-up. PDF downloads need a free account.
