01Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the service:

• Account details: your email address and sign-in credentials, managed by our authentication provider.
• Content you create: saved worksheets, answer keys, and, on the Tutor plan, student names, notes and an optional logo you upload.
• Billing information: your plan, subscription status and Stripe customer identifiers. Card details go directly to Stripe.
• Messages: anything you send through the contact form or by email.
• Usage and device data: pages viewed, features used, monthly PDF download counts, browser type and approximate location derived from your IP address.
• Diagnostics: error reports and performance data that help us find and fix bugs.

02How we use information

We use your information to:

• provide, maintain and secure the service, including enforcing plan limits;
• process payments and send transactional emails such as receipts and subscription reminders;
• respond to support requests;
• understand how the product is used and improve it;
• prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.

03Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as language and theme. Where analytics are enabled, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may set their own cookies to measure traffic and usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the service will still work, though sign-in will not persist.

04Data retention

We keep account and content data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data and saved content within a reasonable period, except where we must retain records, such as invoices, to meet tax, accounting or legal requirements. Backups are overwritten on a regular cycle.

05Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity first.

06Security

Data is encrypted in transit over HTTPS and access to production systems is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to respond quickly to any issues.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in the product.
